1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the bdd44 platform at https://bdd44.bet (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdd44 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if you have already registered. Access to or use of the Platform by any person who does not agree to these Terms is strictly prohibited.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdd44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bdd44 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdd44 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or otherwise use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that can receive SMS for OTP verification purposes.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended bdd44 account. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted under any circumstances, including for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or as an agent of any third party when registering or using the Platform. Each account must represent an individual player using the Platform for their own personal entertainment.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bdd44 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.

bdd44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the bdd44 Platform, you are required to create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must notify bdd44 promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration.

• You must provide your genuine full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document. Registering under a false name or pseudonym is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that belongs to you and that you have sole control over. This number will be used for OTP-based login verification, password resets, and account security communications.
• You must be registering for yourself and not on behalf of any other person. Account sharing — the use of one account by more than one individual — is prohibited regardless of whether the individuals are related or live at the same address.
• You must read and accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy as part of the registration process. Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of all applicable bdd44 policies in force at the time of registration.

bdd44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. You may be required to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with a utility bill or other proof of address, as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdd44 account credentials, including your login mobile number and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account and to notify bdd44 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• You must not share your bdd44 login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. bdd44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Any person who gains access to your account using your credentials will be treated by bdd44 as if they were you, and any transactions they conduct will be binding on your account.
• You must use a unique, strong password for your bdd44 account that you do not use for any other online service or account. bdd44 recommends using a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• bdd44 will never contact you to ask for your password, full payment card details, or OTP codes via any channel, including email, SMS, phone call, or social media message. Any communication requesting these details should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to bdd44 support at [email protected] immediately.

bdd44 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, bdd44 may temporarily suspend account access, freeze pending withdrawals, or request additional verification documents. These security measures are in place to protect your account and are not punitive in nature.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdd44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on the bdd44 Platform are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount on bdd44 is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to you and has been used to make a prior deposit on your account, or to your verified bKash or Nagad wallet registered to the same mobile number as your bdd44 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bdd44 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Most withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals via card or bank transfer may take longer. bdd44 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• bdd44 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your bdd44 account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide bank statements, mobile wallet transaction histories, or other financial records. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
• bdd44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the bdd44 Platform. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. bdd44 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment service providers. You are responsible for checking and understanding the fee structure of your chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

All deposits and withdrawals must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdd44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit made in a currency other than BDT will be declined or returned to the originating account at the sole discretion of bdd44.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bdd44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms that are published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. One bonus per player, per household, and per IP address applies unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by opening duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be processed. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. The default wagering requirement, where not otherwise specified, is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus has not been met before the bonus's expiry date and time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate of each game type is specified in each promotion's terms. Where not specified, the default contribution is: slots 100%, live casino games 10%, table games 10%, crash games 20%.
• bdd44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled while a player is actively working through its wagering requirement, bdd44 will take a reasonable approach to the treatment of any progress already made, which may include honouring the wagering requirement already completed or converting any remaining bonus balance to cash at a rate determined by bdd44.

bdd44 conducts regular audits of bonus activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players — bdd44 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close all related accounts, and decline any pending withdrawals on those accounts.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the bdd44 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdd44 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where bdd44 determines at its sole discretion that the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that had already concluded at the time the bet was accepted.
• bdd44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or maximum cumulative exposure on any market, event, game, or player account at any time and without prior notice. Stake limits are applied on a non-discriminatory basis and are a standard risk management practice in the online gaming industry.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communications interruption that affects the recording or settlement of a bet or game round, bdd44 will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the affected transaction from available system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bdd44 may void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• bdd44 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by its licensed game suppliers to determine the outcomes of all casino games, slots, and crash games on the Platform. Game outcomes are statistically independent of prior outcomes and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including bdd44 itself.

Disputes regarding the outcome of any bet or game round must be submitted to bdd44 support within 30 days of the disputed outcome. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. bdd44 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of bdd44 on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdd44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, personal, or social harm, players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on bdd44 or to contact our support team for assistance.

• Deposit limits: All account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bdd44 account at any time via the account settings section. A request to decrease a deposit limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Time-out periods: Players may request a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which their account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. At the end of the time-out period, the account will be automatically reactivated unless the player requests an extension or permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that they need to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent self-exclusion from bdd44 by contacting support at [email protected]. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once self-exclusion is in place, bdd44 will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the player cannot access the Platform.
• Age verification: bdd44 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player who is found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, any deposits made will be refunded to the depositing payment method, and any winnings accumulated during underage play will be forfeited in their entirety.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdd44 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in the matter being referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine individual human use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit a bonus or promotion.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a bug or error are not legitimate and will be forfeited. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to bdd44 support immediately at [email protected].
• Registering more than one account on the bdd44 Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions, avoiding self-exclusion, or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process, during KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by bdd44, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

bdd44 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited activity using a combination of automated detection tools and manual review processes. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, bdd44 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of its legitimate players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdd44 Platform — including but not limited to the bdd44 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software code, game content provided under licence from third-party game suppliers, and all other materials — is the property of bdd44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bdd44 Platform without the express prior written consent of bdd44. You may not use any bdd44 branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner that could cause confusion with the official bdd44 Platform or that suggests any affiliation with or endorsement by bdd44.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdd44 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether such loss is direct, indirect, or consequential in nature.
• Any loss arising from a technical failure, service interruption, system error, software bug, or communications failure affecting the Platform, including any loss of data or the inability to complete a transaction as a result of such failure.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional material, where such information proves to be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdd44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

bdd44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the account security obligations, or the prohibited activities clause.
• Where bdd44 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory body, or a law enforcement authority.
• Where the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closing an inactive account, bdd44 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number or email address associated with the account.
• Where the account holder has voluntarily requested account closure via the bdd44 support team. In this case, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed and no outstanding disputes or investigations being open on the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part at bdd44's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bdd44 will provide written reasons for any forfeiture of player funds upon request.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

bdd44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for and using a bdd44 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at bdd44.bet/privacy-policy.

bdd44 retains the personal data of account holders for as long as the account remains active and for a period of up to 5 years following permanent account closure, as required for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and financial record-keeping regulations. You have the right to request access to the personal data bdd44 holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdd44 will notify registered account holders by SMS to their registered mobile number, by a prominent notice on the bdd44 Platform, or by both methods. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the bdd44 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting bdd44 support at [email protected].

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdd44 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bdd44's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to bdd44's operating territory. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
